I Can't Resist Stating The Obvious

The New York Times headline reads Bush’s Veto of Bill on C.I.A. Tactics Affirms His Legacy. Yeah, ok. Maybe his "legacy" as a lover of torture, as a radical statist, and as an imperial president.
